Pilk is a passive item in Pop Pack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+20% to 3 stats.
-5% to all other stats.
Does not affect health.

If damage or fire rate are nerfed by Pilk, all buffs will be strengthed by +50% and all nerfs will be weakened by -50%.

Isaac has a 10% chance to fire a series of 4 tear volleys, which increase in number and damage.

Each volley is stronger than the last, going from 2 tears that deal 75% of his damage up to 5 tears which deal 200% of his damage.

The tears from the final volley explode and poison enemies.
