While heldBlue Flies and small fly familiars granted by items like Best Bud, Forever Alone, Friend Zone, Obsessed Fan and Distant Admiration, gain a shield that will block one enemy shot.

Spent shields regenerate and up to 5 Blue Flies are regained when changing rooms.
