Happy Shroom is a passive item in Potato Packs, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Potato Pack 1 submod.

While held Mushroom enemies that spawn, and mushroom grid tiles that Isaac touches, are transformed into Friendly green mushrooms.

On pickup Grants the Fun Guy transformation, but without the heart container that Fun Guy normally grants.

Part of the Potato Pack 1 mod.

This item contributes towards the Fun Guy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac +1 full red heart container.
