Red Shoes is a passive item in Potato Packs, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Potato Pack 1 submod.

+0.75 speed.

When Isaac takes damage all health except for 1 half heart is dropped on the floor and begins fading away before fully disappearing after 9 seconds.

The hearts can be collected before disappearing to fully recover Isaac's health.

If Isaac has a mix of Soul/Black Hearts and Red Hearts, the Soul/Black Hearts will be removed on damage rather than dropping hearts on the floor.

Part of the Potato Pack 1 mod.
