Broken shell is a familiar in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Quarry Collection submod.

On pickup +1 Bone Heart.
+3 Giga Bombs.

While held Spawns a fly bomb familiar that follows enemies in combat dealing 15 damage per tick (90 per second).

After enough collision, it loses its wings and gets dropped like a normal bomb, then explodes.

Respawns after ~13.3 seconds.

Part of the Quarry Collection mod.
