Cursed flame is an active item in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Cursed Collection submod.

On use Grants a random curse (except for Curse of the Labyrinth!) up to 3 for the current floor.

Destroys Black Candle and drops 3 Black Hearts.

While held Gives stat boosts for each active curse:
+0.04 speed.
+1 flat damage.
+1 fire rate.
+0.03 range.
+1.5 luck.
+0.05 shot speed.
