Siren's call is a passive item in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Cursed Collection submod.

On pickup Grants a random familiar.

While held Getting hit grants a random familiar (including trinket familiars) that lasts for the current room.

Getting hit in Dark Room/Chest while in the starting room guarantees a full key familiar ( Key Piece 1 + Key Piece 2).

Getting hit in Mausoleum/Gehenna II while in a boss room guarantees a full knife familiar ( Knife Piece 1 + Knife Piece 2).

Grants an additional familiar both on pickup & getting hit for each copy.
