Spinning cent is a familiar in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Golden Collection submod.

Spawns a coin familiar that chases nearby enemies dealing 1 damage per tick (4.29 per second).

Has a 16% chance every 0.83 seconds to spawn a pickup based on the familiar's current symbol while dealing contact damage.

The symbol changes every 3.33 seconds.

Pickups spawned have a 1.5-second timeout.
