Witch wand is a passive item in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Toybox Collection submod.

On pickup +1 Black Heart.

While held Getting hit has a 23% chance of spawning a charmed Mausoleum/Gehenna enemy.

Mausoleum and Gehenna bosses are weakened to half their health.

Makes Isaac immune to fear.

Copies will multiply the chance to spawn a charmed enemy.

Part of the Toybox Collection mod.
