Holy shell is a passive item in Repentance Negative, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While shooting, Isaac charges a special attack that upon releasing shoots 4 Revelation beams in the ordinal directions.

Each beam deals 50% of Isaac's damage, 15 times per second.

The speed at which the beams charge scales with Isaac's tears stat.
