Does not have a requirement to open.

Possible drops
10% chance for a random item from the Ultra Secret Room item pool, otherwise one of the following (equal chances):
• 1-3 Half Hearts, Hearts, or Soul Hearts
• 1-2 Minus Shards.
• 1-2 Reverse cards.

Has a 25% chance to replace a Red Chest, and 1% chance to replace a Locked Chest.

Defeat The Lamb as Sim.
