Strong Spirit is a passive item in Repentance Negative, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Taking fatal damage invokes the effects of Book of Shadows, heals 2 full Red Heart containers, and adds a Soul Heart.

Taking fatal damage also grants +5 flat damage which fades over the course of 20 seconds.

The effect can be triggered once per floor. Its availability is indicated by a white halo high above Isaac's head.
