A Bird of Hope is an unlockable passive item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Upon death, Isaac turns into an invincible ghost, and a bird flies out of the center of the room in a random direction.

Catching the bird in 5 seconds will revive Isaac at the spot where he died.

Each time the bird spawns, it moves faster.

Defeat Satan as Tainted Eve.
