Curdled Heart is an unlockable pickup in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Heals a full Red Heart container and spawns a blood clot familiar on pickup.

Can be picked by characters that cannot have red health and spawns Soul Heart variant of a blood clot instead.

If picked up by The Lost, Tainted Lost, or Bethany, spawns Eternal Heart variant of a blood clot instead.

If picked up by the skeleton of The Forgotten, spawns Bone Heart variant of a blood clot instead.

Has a 0.8% chance to replace any Heart.
