Keeper's Penny item
Keeper's Penny is an unlockable passive item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a 
Golden Penny at the beginning of every floor.
Shops will now sell 1-4 additional items drawn from the Shop, Treasure Room Boss item pools.
If a Shop had a Greed fight, it will spawn 3-4 items for sale upon defeating the boss.
How to unlock?
Defeat ??? as Tainted Keeper.
