Spiritual Amends is an unlockable passive item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Taking damage on the Sacrifice Room spikes has a 50% chance to spawn a Spiritual Reserves orbital ghost.

These ghosts now drop an Eternal Heart instead of a Half Soul Heart when they die.

Earn all Repentance Plus completion marks as Tainted Lost.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.
