Sharp Cursor is a familiar in Reshaken, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a cursor familiar that targets the furthest enemy in the room.

When pressing a shooting key, the cursor clicks and deals 10% of Isaac's damage to the targeted enemy.

Double pressing the drop key will swap between auto-target and follow-mouse mode, allowing Isaac to control the mouse directly with mouse controls if they are enabled.
