Bowl of Tears item
Bowl of Tears is an active item in Restored Mods, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Restored Collection submod.
Description
Fires a cluster of 10-16 tears in the chosen direction.
The tears inherit Isaac's tear effects and damage.
The item can only be charged by shooting tears: 1 tear shot will increase the item's charge by one.
