Lucky Seven item
Lucky Seven is a passive item in Restored Mods, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Restored Collection submod.
Description
Spawns 7 
Pennies on the ground.
Whenever any of Isaac's pickup counts ends in a 7, Isaac has a chance to shoot golden tears that spawn a 
Lucky Seven Slot machine when they hit enemies.
This is indicated by the pickup counter sparkling on the HUD.
Certain active items change the type of spawned machine.
Part of the Restored Collection mod.
