Can be obtained after destroying the Giant Crystal in the Gebo Rune Room.

Makes the first 5 plays on any Slot Machine or Beggar free on each floor.

Causes Beggars and Slot Machines to shoot various tears at enemies:
• Beggar and variants: rock tears that deal 4 damage and are shot once every 1.17 seconds.
• Slot Machine and variants: coin tears that deal 2 damage and are shot once every 0.67 seconds.
• Blood Donation Machine and variants: fountain of blood tears that deal 2 damage and are shot once every 0.13 seconds, while also leaving damaging red creep on the ground.
• Fortune Telling Machine and variants: beams of light similar to Crack the Sky once 0.33 seconds, that deal 2 damage per tick (20 per second).
