Essence of Sowilo is a passive item in Restored Mods, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Rune Rooms submod.

Can be obtained after destroying the Giant Crystal in the Sowilo Rune Room.

The last non-boss enemy killed in each room respawns as a permanently charmed version.

Whenever a friendly enemy dies, it triggers The Necronomicon effect.

Friendly enemies that die have a 40% chance to respawn in the next room.
