Birth Control item
Birth Control is a passive item in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Converts all of Isaac's familiars (both newly or previously acquired) into +0.2 flat damage.
Some familiars have special effects when absorbed, such as granting items that have similar effects to the familiars.
Fly-themed familiars spawn 2-6 Blue Flies when absorbed.
Spider-themed familiars spawn 2-5 Blue Spiders when absorbed.
Isaac's tears can inherit the tear color of absorbed familiars' tears, however he won't absorb the tear effects associated with it.
By default, all items of type familiar are absorbed and converted to damage, except:

• Knife Piece 1

• Spider Mod
• Halo of Flies
• Lil Belial
• Mirror Shard
