Oops! is an active item in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Detonates all bomb-enemies in the room, such as Mullibooms and Boom Flies.

Also detonates Bomb Rocks and TNT barrels, and activates Pressure Plates.

Can also detonate Bomb pickups, but not Troll Bombs.

Disables traps in the Tomb, rendering them harmless to Isaac.

If attempted to use in a room without valid targets, a buzzer sound will play and no charges will be wasted.

After spamming the buzzer 20 times, each subsequent use has a 1% chance to activate the effects of Kamikaze!, and a 0.00005% to activate Mama Mega!
