Sloth's Saddle is a passive item in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a Sloth familiar on top of Isaac's head.

In rooms with no enemies, Sloth whips Isaac, granting him maximum speed of 2.0.

For every 10 damage dealt, the familiar spawns a tiny Lil' Charger familiar that runs around the room and charges at enemies when in a straight line.

The damage requirement is increased based on the number of Lil' Chargers in the room: 10 × (1 + 0.2 × LilChargers ^ 1.7).

The Lil' Chargers deal 0.9 damage per tick to enemies (13.5 per second).

Their damage is nerfed against bosses in Boss Rooms: 0.9 / (1 + LilChargers / 2).

Chargers have a 50% chance per second to die when there are no enemies in the room.
