Bean of Adultery pickup
Bean of Adultery is a pickup in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Can only appear while holding The Bean as 
Seija or 
Tainted Seija.
On pickup
For the rest time of the current floor:
• Isaac's tears poison enemies.
• Using The Bean will grant nearby enemies a chance to drop 
black hearts.
