D-Cheat - The Binding of Isaac

D-Cheat is an active item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Rerolls all items in the room to items from the current room's item pool with 1 quality less.

If the target quality is less than 0, turns it to 4.

If this is used 4 or more times in a single floor, Yin-Yang Greeds will be spawned. Yin-Yang Greeds have 50 * 2 ^ (currentFloor - 1) HP, they shoot spell bullets to Isaac, which deal a full heart of damage, and take away 3¢.

The more times this is used, the more Yin-Yang Greeds will be spawned.
