Upon taking damage, switches between two states: dense or sparse.

Sparse +0.5 speed.
x1.5 fire rate.
-25% size.
Spawns 5 Minisaac familiars ( Giant Cell).

Dense +3 range.
x1.35 damage.
+50% size.
Allows Isaac to destroy obstacles by walking into them.

This item contributes towards the Fun Guy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac +1 full red heart container.
