Grows into medium size after eating 3 pills. Spawns a Penny upon clearing a room.

Grows into large size after eating 3 more pills. Spawns a Double Penny upon clearing a room.

Grows into a diamond guppy fish after eating 20 more pills. Spawns a Nickel upon clearing a room.

This item contributes towards the Guppy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and spawn a Blue Fly 66% of the time when a tear hits an enemy.
