Maid Uniform is a passive item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickup Spawns XXI - The World.

While held Upon entering a hostile room, all enemies are frozen in place for 2 seconds.

Grants a chance of dropping XXI - The World after clearing a room. If the card is not dropped after clearing a room, increases the chance by 5%, otherwise, this card will no longer be dropped on the current floor. Resets the chance at the start of the next floor.

When XXI - The World is used, all enemies freeze in place for 2 seconds and 9 suspended knives spawn around them. After a short period, the knives reanimate and fly at the enemy they are pointed at, dealing 20 damage.
