Oni's Horn is a passive item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+1 damage.

Upon taking damage, a shockwave will form around Isaac. Each consecutive instance of taking damage within a single room with produce stronger shockwaves.
• 1st hit: A circle of rocks emerges around Isaac.
• 2nd hit: Creates an explosion and spawns 3 circles on hit.
• 3rd hit: Creates a Mama Mega! explosion, the shockwave covers the entire room.

Upon entering a new room or getting hit a fourth time, the cycle resets itself.
