Psycho Knife - The Binding of Isaac

Psycho Knife is an active item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Executes the closest enemy. Instantly kills non-boss enemies it targets, and deals a large amount of damage to bosses, ignoring any armor they have.

If an enemy is low on health or has a debuff, the knife will target them from a greater distance.

The damage dealt to bosses is equal to BossMaxHP × 0.1 + 5 × DamageStat.
