Queen of the Clan is a familiar in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a queen fly orbital that blocks enemy projectiles and deals 7 contact damage per tick (52.5 per second).

The queen fly spawns decorative flies in rooms with enemies 3 times per second, up to 20 flies at a time. Each extra queen fly will increase the cap by 20, up to a maximum of 160.

The queen fly makes all decorative flies attack enemies. Each fly deals 0.05 damage per tick (0.25 per second), and inflicts 1 bleeding point to the enemy.

Enemies reduce their bleeding points by 0.5 every second. When the points are over a value of 10 × (MaxHP ^ 0.5 + 1), reset the points to 0 and deals 0.1 × MaxHP + 10 × CurrentFloor damage to the enemy.

This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
