Sorcerer's Scroll is an active item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Consumes all of Isaac's Soul Hearts and converts them into the following stat bonuses.
For each Half Soul Heart consumed:
+0.03 speed.
+0.21 tears.
+0.2 damage.
+0.4 range.
