Spawns 3 friendly Blood Bonies. These Blood Bonies will not count towards Fetus Blood's cap.

All hearts in the current room will be transformed into various types of friendly Bonies:
• Heart → Blood Bony
• Soul Heart → Soul Bony
• Black Heart → Devil Bony
• Bone Heart → Big Bony
• Eternal Heart → Holy Bony
