Sunny Fairy - The Binding of Isaac

Sunny Fairy is a familiar in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac around and lays dormant on every floor.

Upon entering the boss room, it wakes up and spawns 3 Hearts. If there is no boss room on the current floor, it will instantly wake up. Using XIX - The Sun also wakes it up.

It shoots 3 times per second. The tears have the Fire Mind tear effect and deal 4 damage.

This item contributes towards the

Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
