Thunder Drum is a familiar in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a drum familiar that bounces around the room. When the drum takes damage, it spawns a circular wave of rocks and shoots out 18 lasers. Each laser deals 15 damage.

This item contributes towards the Musician transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac +1 flat fire rate, make him shoot piercing and spectral sonic tears with wider size.
