Nephi's Nine item
Nephi's Nine is an unlockable active item in Road to Enlightenment, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Has a 4% chance to duplicate the closest pickup within a small radius around Isaac, otherwise, it knocks back pickups away.
Upon successful duplication, the item is removed and causes Isaac to explode.
The explosion deals only 1 damage to enemies, and none to Isaac.
How to unlock?
Defeat Boss Rush as 
Enlightened Samson.
