Cozy Pillow is an unlockable passive item in Sacred Dreams, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Gives Isaac a melee weapon that does not remove his ability to shoot.

Can be charged by firing, increasing its damage and attack range.

Upon hitting an enemy, deals damage and spawns a bunch of piercing feathers that also deal damage on contact with enemies.

Can spawn after sleeping in a bed.

Has unique synergies with Black Feather and Filigree Feather.

Defeat ??? as The Dream Guard.
