Plushy Zipper is a familiar in Sacred Dreams, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a plushy familiar that follows Isaac around and blocks enemy projectiles, taking the hit.

Starts chasing enemies when they're too close.

Upon reaching the target, blows up a blood balloon that pops into a burst of blood tears.

Each blood tear has a 20% chance of becoming a small Haemolacria tear.

Falls down on the ground and 'dies' after taking 6 hits.

Can be revived by Isaac's touch.

Leaves a blood creep and shoots 8 bouncing blood tears in a circle on death.
