On pickup
+0.5 flat damage.

While held
Grants a permanent flat damage up every time the following events are triggered:
• ( +2.0) A quality 0 item spawns in a Treasure Room.
• ( +1.0) The Bloat is encountered.
• ( +0.25) Greed spawns in the Shop or Secret Room.
• ( +0.25) Perfection is lost.
• ( +0.2) A quality 0-1 item spawns anywhere else.
• ( +0.2) A valid Secret Room location is bombed when there isn't one.
• ( +0.2) devil/angel chance is lost.
• ( +0.1) A Beggar takes the last penny Isaac had without paying out.
• ( +0.1) An active item spawns of similar or lower quality than Isaac's current one.
• ( +0.1) The floor has a curse.
• ( +0.1) A Mimic Chest is activated.
• ( +0.1) Booster Pack or Buddy in a Box are picked up.
• ( +0.1) A bad pill is consumed
• ( +0.1) A Copper Bomb doesn't blow up.
• ( +0.05) A Crane Game doesn't pay out.
• ( +0.02) A Shell Game doesn't pay out.
• ( +0.01) Any Slot Machine doesn't pay out.
