If Isaac is too close to an enemy he gains:

+1 Damage
+0.7 Firerate
+0.2 Speed
+0.5 Shotspeed

If Isaac is too far from any enemy he gains the opposite of that effect

Item gives only 20% of the effect when playing as The Forgotten or Tainted Forgotten

This item can only be acquired by using Weird Mirror on Adrenaline.

This item contributes towards the Spun transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac +2 damage, +0.15 speed and spawn a random pill.
