Bloody Oculus is a passive item in TBOI Otherside, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Whenever Isaac shoots Isaac has a 20% luck-based chance to shoot out 3 - 5 tears that deal 75% of Isaac's damage
This item can only be acquired by using Weird Mirror on The Inner Eye.
