•40% chance to wear a tragedy mask
Both masks can be worn at the same time

While worn, the comedy mask grants:
• +1 fire rate.
• +0.2 speed.
• +3 luck.

While worn, the tragedy mask grants:
• +1.5 damage.
• +0.5 fire rate.
• +2.5 range.
