AIsaac The Martyr is an unlockable familiar in The Bimbing of AIsaac: Reedged, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Follows Isaac around and shoots tears that deal 3.5 damage.

Shoots only once per second with full health.

Can take up to 6 hits, the less health he has, the faster he shoots. Each time he takes damage, it triggers one of the effects:

1 Hit: Drops a random Heart.
Shoots 1.5 times per second.

2 Hits: Drops either a Nickel, a Bomb or a Key.
Shoots 2.31 times per second.

3 Hits: Spawns damaging beams of light randomly in the room, similarly to Crack the Sky.
Shoots 3.33 times per second.
Enters the second degradation stage.

4 Hits: Drops 1-3 Heart (half soul) or 3-7 Penny
Shoots 5 times per second.

5 Hits: Gives The Wafer effect for the rest of the floor
OR triggers Soul of Cain effect
OR drops a Heart (eternal)
OR drops 2 random cards.
Shoots 7.5 times per second.
Enters the final degradation stage.

6 Hits: Adds +2 Broken Hearts to Isaac, kills all Sin minibosses in the room.
Dies.

Revives and fully heals himself at the next floor.

Get all completion marks as AIsaac.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.

Based on AIsaac XIV, a character made up by the community during the testing of AIsaac XIII, and before AIsaac 14 was created.

AIsaac XIV was made when Kamijoan was testing the new reward system that would punish AIsaac constantly unless he does the things Kami wants him to.
This made the community start #SaveAIsaac moting and proclaim this iteration as AIsaac XIV The Martyr.
