LAIzarus' Remains trinket
LAIzarus' Remains is an unlockable trinket in The Bimbing of AIsaac: Reedged, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns 2-3 
Hearts in Sacrifice Rooms or 1-2 
Soul Hearts if the character cannot have red health.
Taking damage from the spikes in Sacrifice Rooms will trigger one of these effects:
+0.15 flat damage.
+0.05 fire rate.
+0.25 luck.
+15% Angel Room chance for the current floor. It does not affect the Deal chance itself, just makes it more likely to be an Angel Deal over a Devil Deal.
How to unlock?
Die by the spikes from a Sacrifice Room as 
AIsaac.
