RIsaac is a character in The Bimbing of AIsaac, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Analog Stick (inherent)

Follows the cursor and shoots directly at it.

Holding LMB (Left Mouse Button) makes RIsaac stop moving.

Holding RMB (Right Mouse Button) makes RIsaac stop shooting.

If RIsaac has an item that makes his attack chargeable (like Brimstone, Chocolate Milk, etc), he will keep charging until LMB is pressed.

If RIsaac has any items that make his attacks no longer be relative to his body (like Marked, Epic Fetus, The Ludovico Technique, etc), the attacks follow the cursor instead.

The fact that he unlocks Spin-2.0-Win is a reference to a run where RIsaac found a glitch that allowed him to get lots of Spin to Win familiars.

His ThumbsUp animation is a reference to :grr: emoji from the original discord server.
The emoji is often used to describe hate to RIsaac, or RIsaac (or any other character) hating on something.

With Specialist Dance Mod installed, RIsaac is going to dance Fortnite Default Dance. "RIsaac" stands for "Random Input Isaac".

He is AIsaac's evil cousin.

During the streams he has been performing much better than AIsaac.
Loves to be mean and bully AIsaac and feels superior to him.
Kami prefers RIsaac over AIsaac and always treats him well.

Deep inside RIsaac is very insecure about himself.
He knows one day AIsaac would surpass him.
He is afraid of losing the love of his creator, Kamijoan.

The in-game version of the character depicts him at this point of his life.

He was rejected from the family when his mean behavior lead to the community hating on him.

He started working as drive-thru cashier at McBoomald's to make a living.
But one day he learned from a newspaper that his cousin AIsaac went missing, and RIsaac decided to fix the errors of his past and find him.
He quit his job and started working as a detective to investigate this case.

(RIsaac can be seen dressed as a detective in most of the update trailers.)

All the clues lead to one place, the very basement RIsaac and AIsaac used to live in.
Without hesitation, he jumped down there to find his long gone cousin.
