Casino Chip is an unlockable consumable in The Sheriff, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Has a 50% chance to either "upgrade" all coins or a 50% chance to "downgrade" all coins in the room.

Coins upgrade and downgrade as follows:
• 1: Nothing ← Penny / Double Penny / Lucky Penny → Nickel.
• 2: Penny ← Nickel / Sticky Nickel → Dime.
• 3: Nickel ← Dime → Nickel and Dime.

Defeat Ultra Greedier as Tainted Sheriff.
