Glass Bullets is an unlockable passive item in The Sheriff, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a Tension Point upon dodging a fast-moving projectile within a tile of Isaac.

After collecting 5 Tension Points, double-tap attack in any direction to shoot a massive glass bullet which deals ×3 Isaac's damage.

Taking damage or shooting the glass bullet removes all Tension Points.

Defeat The Beast as Tainted Sheriff.
