Spawns a familiar that orbits around Isaac and shoots Tiny Planet tears that deal 2 damage.

Blocks enemy projectiles.

The familiar shoots 3.75 times per second.

Defeat Mega Satan as Andromeda.

This item contributes towards the

Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
