Plutonium is a familiar in Andromeda, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Upgrades from Baby Pluto when picking up Moon Stone.

Converts the familiar into a larger variant which shoots 3.75 times per second dealing 4 damage and has a 20% chance to shoot Terra tear instead.

It also spawns a smaller familiar called Charon which orbits around the main familiar, shooting tears 2.5 times per second that float in place and deal 1.5 damage.

This item contributes towards the

Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
